Payment
At this time, I only accept paypal payments. If you have your heart set on a purchase, but are unable to use paypal for any reason just let me know. I am sure we can work out an alternative. Purchases must be paid for within 48 hours, or I will assume you do not plan to complete the transaction. Please don't put me in the position of leaving negative feedback for non-payment - I hate having to do that!
Shipping
If you are in the UK, your purchase will be sent by next-day special or recorded delivery depending on the value of your package. You are only ever charged for recorded delivery - if the package is valuable enough to warrant an upgrade to special delivery, I cover the cost of that myself.
Overseas orders are sent by international signed-for delivery. The $10 you are charged for this service covers the exact cost of mailing your item (and does not include extra for packaging or handling) and insures your package up to approximately $70. For more expensive orders, I pay for the extra insurance coverage myself as a thank-you for your purchase. International signed-for delivery is faster than regular airmail and will require that you sign for the package on your end.
The jewellery that I create is labour-intensive and unique. Each piece is priceless to me in terms of the thought and care that goes into designing it. For this reason, I insist on sending your purchase by the most secure method possible. I would not be able to afford to refund you for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in the mail and, in many cases, the piece you are buying is irreplaceable. I know shipping costs are always a concern for buyers and I have made every effort to keep mine as low as possible while also ensuring that your purchase is completely protected. Should you have any concerns, again please just contact me and I will be happy to discuss them with you!
